Wiconisco Rescue 23, TIGHT and tidy!

In the Fall of 2017, SFES made a trip to Wiconisco Fire, to discuss equipment mounting only their recently ordered Pierce Enforcer, Engine/Rescue.  Various compartment layouts were discussed during that meeting, and Rescue 23 was put on the schedule.  Rescue 23 was dropped off at the shop, and the crew at Specialized, started to assemble "the pieces of the puzzle".   Weekly visits from Assistant Chief Matt Basti, provided input for equipment layout, allowing the fabricators at SFES to work their magic.  As the project evolved,  each compartment took on a "theme" relative to the equipment stored.  For example, there is an "extrication compartment". a "pnuematic compartment", a "saw compartment" etc.    The finished project, turned out great! and all done with the "specialized minimally evasive mounting system'!   Rescue 23's equipment has been installed with close tolerance, using compartment space to the maximum!  Thanks to the Officers and Members of Station 23, for allowing SFES to upfit your new rig!    "TIGHT" and ready!
